Between movement and stillness - yin yoga and classic yoga
During the past 20 years of practicing Yoga, Noga experienced profound healing through physical practice, breath-work and meditation.
She learned that the view a person can observe while watching their own thoughts is fascinating. The greatest freedom one can find is by filtering their thoughts and choosing how to act accordingly.
Initially, Noga was devoted to the Iyengar yoga style, practicing and teaching in Israel, India and Australia. She loved the understandings of the body's systems while doing yoga asana, and how to adapt to various student's changing needs.
In 2009, when Noga moved with her family to live in Bali, Indonesia, she explored the practice, study and teachings of various styles - from fast, challenging vinyasa to the slow, deep yin style.
In her classes she combines those lineages, believing everybody can find his/her own yoga and develop a self practice with the proper personal guidance.
Noga will be visiting in Israel for two weeks only, between 26.10.2016 and 6.11.2016. She'll be teaching a few workshop as well as part of the full weekend of Yin in Yoga
