In the workshop, we will practice poses (Asanas), Vinyasa Yoga based on breathing and poses, while understanding the anatomical and mental logic on which the practice is based.
Physical exercise is eroded with our mobility ability: a balance between all levels of movement (standing, sitting, lying down) in space to total effortless relaxation.
In the practice of meditation (dharma-based), we will deal with the power of relaxation, image, and memory in the processes of developing wisdom and joy of life. We will open to texts from the area of Buddhist wisdom and be called poetic poems that illustrate, through beauty, the insights.
The workshop is designed for those who begin and for those who have already lasted a long time.
The joint work during the workshop will be adapted to the group that will be created.
